Helping Women Move and Feel Better
Pelvic physical therapy to resolve pain and pelvic floor issues, recover fully postpartum, and return to the activity you love.
Located in Phoenix, AZ.
Are you:
- Experiencing pain, leaking, or pelvic heaviness?
- Pregnant and wanting to prepare for an optimal birth and postpartum recovery?
- Unsure how to return to running or fitness after having a baby?
- Wanting more personalized attention from a physical therapist, rather than being passed off to an aide and given a printout of exercises?
"Jill's thoughtful approach and instructions have helped me successfully heal ... my symptoms! I Cannot recommend her highly enough."
-L.S.
Not every woman has the same story or the same goals.
That's why we spend time listening to you and learning about your experiences and goals, to develop a plan with you,
to get you back to moving and feeling the way you want. In fact, we allow 90 minutes for the initial assessment so
we can hear your story and give you an outlined path to recovery.
Our promises to you:
- Your visit will be spent working 1:1 with your physical therapist, not shuffled around to other staff members.
- You will be seen in a private, spacious treatment room. We understand that pelvic health deserves a high level of privacy.
- Your program will be designed specifically for you, based on your unique history and issues.
Your Treatment May Include
Pelvic Floor and Manual Therapy
Hands on techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve blood flow, reduce pain, increase mobility.
Individualized Exercise Program
Based on the findings of your evaluation, I will design a program to fit your needs - to improve mobility and strength, and help you move better. No two people are the same, therefore you will receive a program that is custom-designed for you, not just a generic exercise printout.
Education
My job is to help you to understand your issue, know your body, and help it work better. I teach my patients how to care for her body and transition into a program that is sustainable for your lifestyle.
Who we are and how we can help
As a physical therapist of over 17 years, I have helped many women like you return to the life and
activity they love. My goals are your goals. I recognize the individual experiences, obstacles,
and goals that each of my patients brings to their recovery process. My care is not a one-size-fits-all
approach, rather, I am passionate about identifying the root cause of your issue, and working with
you to get back to what you enjoy doing most.

I didn’t even think I would benefit greatly from Pelivc PT, to my surprise Dr Jill turned things around. A few visits to her office and I am no longer piddling in my pants, I know how to massage my c-section scar and I also know when my body is acting up not to rule out Pelvic PT care since in her hands she cares for so much more. Thanks for…

I have recommended Jill to so many women. She provided me excellent care after my third baby and during and after my fourth. Her treatment and education changed my life! Pelvic floor PT should be a routine part of every woman's general healthcare regimen.

Jill is such a great physical therapist, I learned so much and feel so confident getting back into working out postpartum. My session at around 36 weeks was also such a big help in preparing for delivery and teaching me perineal stretching. I’m updating this review a year later to say my pelvic floor is even stronger now than it was before having…

Jill was amazing during my pregnancy. She is personable, knowledgeable, and great at what she does! She gave me tools to help with my Pubic Symphysis Disorder while I was suffering in the third trimester and postpartum that I’m still able to use 3 years later. She also helped with my c section recovery by giving me tools for how back to normal.…

Jill is nothing short of amazing. She is so educated and experienced in this form of therapy. She always made me feel comfortable during my sessions. I went from so much pain to very little to none using the at-home exercises and stretches she gave me. She taught me how interconnected your pelvic floor really is to your breathing, posture, etc.

Jill and her team are amazing! Her clinical expertise is evident in every session AND she is so deeply human, compassionate, and relatable. I have seen her for a couple of different issues over the past several years. My pain has resolved and she helped me prep for a second birth that went more smoothly than my first. I so appreciate her focus on…

I am pregnant and have been experiencing pretty bad low back pain for 5ish months and thought it was time to get it taken care of, so my Dr. recommended ShePT and I am so thankful she did! I can honestly say after my first appt, that night I noticed a slight difference in the pain. I have a long way to go but I am hopeful and really excited. Dr.…

I haven’t worked with Erin as she is newer to the practice, but I have been working with Jill and she is phenomenal. She is a great listener when it comes to any questions or concerns I may have. She utilizes a variety of treatment methods to assist in getting results! Highly recommend!
